Our History

Chad is a 4th generation maple syrup producer making syrup in the hills of Orangeville, New York which is located just outside Warsaw, New York.  Chad makes syrup with his father (Thomas Jr.) on approximately 50 acres of woods, with about 1700 taps during the 2024 season.  We are currently working on an expansion this year for the upcoming season, with plenty of room for further expansion in the future.

Chad grew up making syrup with his father, Uncle (Michael) and grandfather (Thomas Sr.) on a piece of woods that is not far from where we currently make syrup.  Chad's great grandfather (James) made syrup in that same piece of woods with his brothers in the mid 1900s.  While we use much more modern methods currently, you will still get the same great tasting quality syrup you have always been able to get from the Flints!

We offer tours and visits throughout the year, just reach out and we will get something scheduled so you can see how we do things, the woods, the equipment, and try as many of our products as you want.  We are open during both weekends of maple weekend and we have a FREE adopt a tree program that we run during the season as well.

We have a full line of maple products (maple syrup, candy, cream, and sugar) as well as several flavor infused maple syrups (Bourbon Barrel Aged, Cinnamon, Coffee, Chocolate, Sweet Heat, and several other rotating flavors throughout the year.  Several years ago Chad started creating recipes for different things using maple syrup as the sweetener instead of other processed sugars (such as corn syrup).  We now have several mustards, BBQ sauces, ketchups, pizza sauces, wing sauces, lemonades, and other products all made using our own maple syrup.
